Introduced in 2019, the a7R IV is a 61-megapixel full-frame mirrorless camera. Its pixel shift multi-shot mode and weather sealing made it a practical tool for high-resolution documentary and landscape work in the field.

Burkard is a Sony Alpha Ambassador and has extensively documented his use of the a7R IV for adventure and landscape photography.
