Rebecca Green is an American illustrator, author, and painter from Owosso, Michigan. Her debut picture book How to Make Friends with a Ghost (2017) has been translated into many languages and was acquired by The Jim Henson Company for a stop-motion TV series. She collaborated with Holbein to create a signature set of 12 Acrylic Gouache colors that sold out on release. Her clients include Penguin Random House, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Simon and Schuster, and Viking Press. She works from a studio in rural Michigan.
