Rina Yang is a British cinematographer born to a Korean family and raised in Japan. She studied at the Met Film School in London and began her career shooting music videos before gaining recognition with the BAFTA-winning BBC film Sitting in Limbo. She shot an episode of Euphoria Season 2 for HBO and the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner Nanny (2022), both of which established her as one of the most in-demand cinematographers working today. She was selected as a BAFTA Breakthrough in 2020 and became the first Asian woman admitted to the British Society of Cinematographers. Her credits also include The Fire Inside (2024) for MGM and O'dessa for Searchlight Pictures.
